NY/NJ Harbor deepening project consisting of the dredging and placement of material at the HARS Work Area.

Dredging is located in the area of the Port Jersey PVSC Corridor, and the scope of work consisted of dredging HARS material, shoaling, steel pile removal, removal and disposal of Stapleton Area, and maneuvering around active utilities and steel plates. Clamshell dredging used a 21 yard bucket.

Material was loaded in scows and transported to the HARS for disposal. DMIs monitored the dredged material as it was transported.

TITAN performed quality control management and site safety management for this project. In addition TITAN handled reviewing, scheduling, certifying and managing the submittals through the 3-Phase process of inspection.

Procedures for tracking preparatory, initial, and follow-up control phases; control, verification, and acceptance tests including documentation.

Ensured all reports were prepared and submitted in accordance with the QC Plan, including the Daily Quality Control Report and through the QCS/RMS system.

Reported and logged any work not meeting Spec requirements.

Recorded all data in QCS database.
