The personnel we provide are our own valued employees, and we consider their morale to be of the highest importance. Most of our personnel have worked together on previous projects and all know the ins and outs of most USACE and NAVFAC districts.

Our SSHO have the knowledge in the principals and practices of virtually any construction site. They have the ability of evaluating and implementing a site specific safety plan to maximize the potential for a safe environment to work in. Our SSHOs are highly motivated, qualified, and competent to run the safety program on your job. With our SSHOs, rest assured that at a minimum, they will carry:

  • USACE Certified CQC Management Certificate
  • OSHA 30-Hour
  • 24 Additional Hours of Safety Training
  • First Aid/CPR/AED Certified
  • Valid TWIC Card

How familiar are your SSHO’s with working on federal dredging projects?

Our SSHOs have been on multiple pieces of equipment including, tugs, barges, dredges, crew boats, scows, and car floats. With our extensive experience, we have the capabilities of inspecting any type of dredging equipment for safety checks. We provide our safety checks on all equipment prior to their use to satisfy government requirements.

Are TITAN SSHOs able to conduct their safety inspections during the night time, 12 hours/day, 7 days/week?

Our SSHOs will do whatever it takes to get the jobs done and to make sure your project is running safely. We are available to work day shift, night shift, and can staff your project for both shifts.

Do TITAN SSHOs conduct safety meetings, inspections, and create a project specific Accident Prevention Plan (APP) per my contract documents?

All our SSHOs are familiar with reviewing and creating APPs. We also know what and how to conduct the proper safety meetings per contract docs and contractor company policy. We inform the contractor of all hazards seen during safety inspections, and our SSHOs direct all Subcontractors and Vendors to remove themselves from a potentially unsafe environment if need be.
