BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Contract: W912WJ-19-C-0021. This Maintenance Dredging Project was to provide safer navigation to the Hampton Harbor area by dredging the Hampton Harbor Federal navigation project in Seabrook and Hampton, New Hampshire.

H & L Dredging of Bay Shore NY was awarded the $4,452,937.50 contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on September 12, 2019. Dredging and disposal operations took approximately are anticipated 4 to 5 months to complete from October 15, 2019, and March 1, 2020.

Overall, the project went very smooth. TITAN supplied the QC and Safety staff . Project included dredging 150,000 cubic yards of sandy material. This material was hydraulically dredged from the 8-foot-deep entrance channel, 8-foot-deep Hampton channel, 8-foot-deep cross channel, 8-foot deep Hampton anchorage, 6-foot deep Hampton anchorage, 8-foot deep Seabrook channel, and 8-foot deep Seabrook anchorage with the material pumped onto adjacent beaches in Hampton and Seabrook, N.H.
