BRIEF DESCRIPTION
This project consists of performing maintenance dredging within the Shark River (Interior channel), with subsequent placement of the dredged material into the northward littoral drift as an offshore berm parallel to Ocean Avenue, east of the eastern limit of the rock groins, and north of the north jetty. This material will be placed to provide a temporary, estimated 7 foot high, underwater berm under approximately 14 feet of water. The project would be dredged to a depth of 12 feet below MLW plus 2 feet allow able over depth.
Services provided by TITAN under this contract consisted of quality control and site safety along with scheduling, reviewing, certifying, and managing of all submittals through the three phase process of inspection.
