BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Project consists of maintenance dredging of the Sailors Haven and Watch Hill channels and marinas to a depth of -6 ft MLLW. Project is located on the north side of the Fire Island Seashore in Long Island, NY. Dredged material was disposed of at Brookhaven Landfill via pipeline. Project was managed by USACE Army Corp New York District.

SCOPE OF WORK
Work under this contract consisted of:
- Quality control and site safety
- Scheduling, reviewing, certifying, and managing all submittals through the three phase process of inspection
- Procedures for tracking preparatory, initial, and follow-up control phases
- Control, verification, and acceptance tests including documentation
- Coordination of project logistics, materials, and equipment
- Managing the day-to-day quality control activities
- Managed safety aspects of the job
